Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery We currently ship within India. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

- Express Delivery (if available): 2–3 business days
Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your order via our courier partner's website.
Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs, or circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, etc.).
Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. XYZ Drops is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
